Incorporated on the 13th of Pluto in 1968, the Municipality of Pulsar (M.O.P.) is a city that is also based in Ring County of its respective canton. Being an intermediate city, it has a population of around 550,000 from previous rates of citizens moving from the city. The municipal is known for the denizens' casual feel along with its easygoing nature, and many shops that sell various fake plants.
