Incorporated on the 17th of Pluto in 1954, Spectra is based in Spiral County of its respective canton. Hosting a population of around 150,000, Spectra is the most populous city within its county. The city is relatively regarded for having the cheapest prices out of the canton, often being seen as an alternative to compared to other areas.

Quasar is a rambunctious, foul-mouthed young man, with passion for causing both problems and crimes. Being one of Trinidad's subordinates (and an “adoptive” son), he's deathly loyal and willing to do anything Trinidad says, especially if Quasar gets a reward out of it.

The second of Trinidad's subordinates and “adopted” child, Seka acts exactly like Quasar--taking inspiration from him as a brother-figure, although with an added fluctuation in moods. Somehow more unruly than Quasar, their tangled mind repeatedly gets to them for better and for worse.

Trinidad

A high-risked “doctor” based in Spectra, selling many substances. Having seen many life events, he's developed skin as hard as bricks, and a mind warped as his “patients.” A cold-hearted, ruthless felon who knows how to get his way, in any way that he can. Only being held back by those above him.

Trinidad's more utilizied half-brother, coming from the same mother.

Jitsu

A subordinate to Próspero who often hangs out in Sun Down; acting as an older brother figure who mostly doesn't know what he's doing. A perky and an animated fellow; he can light up a room from how oddly hellbent he is with having time spent others. Even for a few seconds.
